Both single and double rooms are available for rent. Room rent is $300 (double) and $325 (single), while Board (all food) is a flat $175 per month. That's a total of just $475 (double) or $500 (single) per month including all of these:

There is an additional $100 room charge for short term members (residents who stay for less than 5 months). This means $400 for a double, and $425 for a single, per month for rent.
